1. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Supply Chain Onboarding Kits—including templates, workflows, videos, and bilingual SOPs—is the exclusive property of Supply Chain Ready. Users are granted a limited license for personal or internal corporate use only and are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or duplicating materials without written consent.

2. Digital Access & Duration

Standard kits include one-year digital access starting from the date of purchase. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Access is non-transferable between individuals or organizations unless a corporate license is purchased.

3. Customized Kits (B2B)

For custom corporate projects, the scope of work, KPIs, and specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement. Supply Chain Ready retains the rights to the underlying framework, while the client retains rights to their specific internal data provided for customization.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable templates and instant access), all sales are final once access is granted. For customized services, cancellation terms will be governed by the specific project contract.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our kits are designed to align with professional standards and company KPIs, Supply Chain Ready is not liable for specific operational outcomes or financial losses. The tools are intended for educational and guidance purposes to be implemented at the user’s discretion.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website and kits constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

7. Methodology & Brand Protection

The unique training methodology, including the integrated connectivity approach between supply chain departments, is a proprietary asset of Supply Chain Ready. Furthermore, the purchase of any kit does not grant the user rights to use the Supply Chain Ready logo or brand name in their own marketing materials or commercial activities without explicit written permission.

8. Individual vs. Corporate Use

Individual licenses are granted for single-user access only. Sharing login credentials or distributing materials within a team or organization requires a specific Corporate License. Unauthorized sharing is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

9. Content Updates & Evolution

As the supply chain industry is dynamic, we reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance our kits and workflows to stay aligned with global best practices and evolving industry standards. Access to updated versions is subject to the specific terms of your purchased plan.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in United Arab Emirates in which the owner of Supply Chain Ready operates. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
